Change Password

Once you have logged in, you can change your password here. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature on the home page.

Change user name

The username is the email address provided during registration. It can be changed using this feature if necessary. Email verification is no longer performed here. Notifications to employees are also sent to this address.

Change profile picture

Here, you can upload or delete a profile picture if you wish.

Enter Registration Code

The employee only needs the registration code when registering for the first time, unless there is a client change. This process is described in the corresponding section.

2 factor authentification

If the Advanced pricing plan is activated, you can manage two-factor authentication here.

Authenticator App: Setup can be performed using a QR code.

Email: The email address is displayed only if an email address is stored on the employee record in SwissSalary and the private or company email is enabled under “Electronic Delivery.”

SMS: The mobile phone number can be stored as a backup option and can be changed and/or deleted by the user independently.
