Global Settings

As part of the SwissSalary Direct setup, the company data was entered into SwissSalary Direct. This company-specific data is displayed here and can be modified as needed:

Company Names

Subdomain

The subdomain determines the web address that the employee uses to log in. Therefore, it makes sense to use the company name as the subdomain.

Microsoft BC License or Azure Tenant ID

The current license number is displayed automatically.

Default price plan

This section shows which version of SwissSalary Direct is currently in use: Basic, Plus, or Advanced. The individual features are described in the corresponding chapter.

Access days after resignation

Here, you can specify how long a former employee may continue to access SwissSalary Direct. During this period, the employee is considered registered and is included in payroll calculations.

The default setting is 365 days of access following termination.

Notificaion for not registered employee

If this box is checked, even unregistered employees will receive a notification email informing them that a new document is available on SwissSalary Direct.

Employee Email verification

If the checkbox is selected, the SwissSalary Direct username is compared with the employee’s corresponding email address in SwissSalary. If they do not match, the employee cannot register in SwissSalary.

 

Note: This verification is an additional security measure and can be disabled. The verification is performed only once, when the employee registers.

Inaktiv ab

The date indicates when the subdomain will no longer be in use.

Wartungsmodus

Enabling maintenance mode may interrupt direct synchronization.

Beta Funktionen

Not enabled by default; can be enabled for specific testing purposes.
