Pricing Plan

SwissSalary Direct is available in three versions.

Basic

Paycheck, Salary certificate, time sheets, and other documents are provided to employees electronically. There is no communication channel for employees; they must contact the Human Resources department directly with any questions or concerns.

Plus        

In addition to the features included in “Basic,” employees can enter address and bank account updates in SwissSalary Direct. This feature must first be enabled by the administrator via the Admin Dashboard for the relevant client under “Edit.” The changes made by the employee are then displayed in SwissSalary in the Smart Port and can be transferred directly to the employee record.

Advanced

In addition to the features included in the Basic and Plus models, the Advanced model offers additional features.

With the Advanced model, employees can upload documents and submit them to the HR department.

Two-factor authentication is also offered. Employees have the option of verifying their access each time they log in by entering a code sent via text message after registering their mobile phone number. Employees have the option to enable two-factor authentication, but it is not mandatory. Only Swiss cell phone numbers are permitted; foreign cell phone numbers cannot be registered.

Two-factor authentication is enabled directly in SwissSalary Direct by the admin user via the settings for each client. This is done by selecting the “Advanced” pricing plan and checking the box next to “Two-factor authentication.” As a result, two-factor authentication will appear in the user settings for all users of that client. If a user is registered in multiple clients, two-factor authentication will appear as soon as one of the clients has enabled this feature.

Employees enter their cell phone number themselves in the specified format; if the entry is incorrect, an error message appears. Once the cell phone number has been entered correctly, a text message is sent for verification, and the code can be entered in the form to confirm. Changes to a registered cell phone number are also made in this way. Two-factor authentication must now be enabled by clicking the green “Enable” button. The button then changes to the “Enabled” status.

Logging in without a code is no longer possible when two-factor authentication is enabled. After clicking the button, the code will be sent and can be entered on the code entry screen.

Costs

Costs are calculated per registered employee per month.

Billing occurs on a quarterly basis. The calculation is based on the number of employees registered for SwissSalary Direct, regardless of their employment status. This means that employees who have left the company but still have access to their SwissSalary Direct account due to the access policy are also included.
