Report a New Incident in the SwissSalary Direct Self-Service Portal After logging in to the SwissSalary Direct self-service portal, an employee can enter a new event. The user is guided step by step through the event report. Attachments, such as medical certificates or invoices from a service provider, can also be included with the event report. Once the event report is complete, the user must confirm that the information is accurate and complete. In addition, the user must confirm that the information may be used and processed as part of the KLE process. The event report is then assigned the status “forwarded to Human Resources” and can be synchronized with SwissSalary. Events that have not been approved are not synchronized with SwissSalary. Invalid reports are intercepted in SmartPort.
Viewing the Accident History and Adding or Editing Recorded or Missing Information in the SwissSalary Direct Self-Service Portal Recorded incident reports are listed in order of creation date. If the incident was reported to the insurance company by the Human Resources department, the claim number is displayed in the “Insurance Claim” column. This number can be provided to the medical contact and used when picking up medication at a pharmacy. Editing, Adding to, and Deleting an Incident Report A submitted incident report can be edited and/or supplemented. Deleting an entire incident report or individual parts of it is no longer possible in SwissSalary Direct after synchronization with SwissSalary and can only be done in SwissSalary via the KLE Case Management module. |
