Time limit Management Rapport

This field determines how far in advance the employees can record their data (time / expenses) by means of SwissSalary EasyRapport.

 

The desired time period is recorded in short form.

For example, 1 year = 1J | 6 months = 6M | 2 weeks = 2W | 10 days = 10T

Automatically disable of employee leaved after

It can also be stored how long employees can still log into their SwissSalary EasyRapport account after resignation.

Standard Language

Default language to display when SwissSalary EasyRapport is opened.

Automatic Transfer after Post Payroll

When this slider is activated, the EasyRapport-relevant data is automatically transferred when the payroll run is posted.

Auto sync activated

The “Task queue” function can be used to define time-controlled processes. We use this standardized function, for example, for the automated EasyRapport transfer.

 

Activation of the “Auto-Sync Enabled” field: If “Yes” is clicked to confirm, the “Task queue item card” appears. If “No” is clicked, auto-sync is still active and the window does not open. If this is deactivated again, the queue is also deactivated in the background (but not deleted, so any special settings are not lost).

 

In the “Map for task queue items”, the “Series” tab can be used to specify on which days and how often the synchronization should be carried out. All the necessary settings are made automatically.
