Transfer

If data is changed in SwissSalary (e.g. on the Employee card: group change, workload adjustment and/or posted wage items that are relevant for SwissSalary EasyRapport, these must be transferred to SwissSalary EasyRapport when the transfer is carried out.

We recommend automating the transfer using the 'Task maintenance template'. However, the manual transfer can also be initiated at any time.

Test

This can be used to test the connection to SwissSalary EasyRapport.

Transfer (Fetch Data)

A download of the current reporting data from SwissSalary EasyRapport is triggered. These are then transferred to the import journal.
