During the default calculation of the fictitious BVG base the procedure is as follows: wage x 13 / 12. You may make calculations according to your needs.

Employee Card
The value in tab ‘Salary‘ -> field ‘Refunding of absences’ -> tab ‘13th wage’ of the personnel card will be considered. This means:
value ‘8.33%’: Fictitious monthly BVG base: wage x 12 * 8.33% / 12
value ‘8.3%’: Fictitious monthly BVG base: wage x 12 * 8.3% / 12
no 14th payday calc.
The 14th monthly salary will not be included in the calculation of the BVG base.
