BVG Employment Date free

If the field is not set, entry into the employee pension scheme or the calculation date for the BVG can only take place after the payroll accounting entry date.

When does this situation occur?

An employee’s date of recruitment is February 15. According to the BVG rules, the BVG premium is to be paid for the whole month starting from February 1. Payroll accounting entry date would therefore be Feb-ruary 15 and the calculation date for the BVG would be February 1. If your BVG contract does not include retroactive deductions, do not activate the BVG entry date.
