During the default calculation of the fictitious BVG base the procedure is as follows: wage x 13 / 12. You may make calculations according to your needs.

Employee Card
The value in the Employee card will be displayed in tab ‘wage‘ -> field ‘Refunding of absences’ -> tab ‘13th wage’. This means:
value “8.33%”: Fictitious monthly BV base: wage x 12 * 8.33% / 12
value "8.3%": Fictitious monthly BV base: wage x 12 * 8.3% / 12
no 13th payday calc.
The 13th monthly salary will not be included in the calculation of the BV base.
