Reapply for SUA certificate after expiry

The SUA certificate can be renewed a maximum of two times, after which a new certificate must be applied for.

1.Open Swissdec Setup

2.Change the status of the SUA certificate from Live to Test and back to Live. Confirm the message “A SUA certificate for Live already exists” with Yes. This process will delete the existing SUA certificate.

3.In the SUA tab, click on “Get UID certificate (SUA)”. If the process was successful, the following message will appear: "The new certificate SUALIVE000x does not yet have a password. This will be sent to you by post.

4.After receiving the password letter, enter the password in the certificate list to retrieve it.

5.Click on “Get UID certificate (SUA)” again. The successful process is confirmed and a check mark is placed in the Certificate column of the certificate list.
