Sending to Direct

All documents can be sent to SwissSalary Direct and saved directly in the personnel file. To ensure correct assignment within the file, the corresponding report ID must be entered in the document management settings.

Accident and Illness Claim Form

The claim form can be printed from the overview of reported cases by selecting “Open Insurance Claims.” The pharmacy receipt for purchasing medication is no longer required. Simply provide the claim number, which can be found in the upper right corner of the claim form.

If desired, payroll information can be suppressed on the claim form; to do so, deactivate the Boolean.

If multiple injuries are recorded in an accident report, only the primary injury that is, the injury listed first will be printed on the claim form.

Accident Report and Health Card

Both the accident report and the health card can be created and printed in the KLE Case. However, both documents can also be sent to SwissSalary Direct.
