Missing incident report - No contract

It is possible that a third party reports an event to the insurer (e.g., a hospital sends a request for cost reimbursement). However, the insurer has not yet received an incident report from the company. In this case, the insurer requests that the company registers the event. In response, the insurer expects the company to submit a proper claim notice of event if it is actually an event of this company’s employee and the company has not yet reported this event to the insurer.
