Salary Certificate

To send Salary Certificate in SwissSalary Direct, follow these steps:

Open the “Payroll Reporting” section, click on “REPORT,” and then on “Pay Stub (Form 11).” Note that you can use filters here to select either one or all employees. The pay stubs will then be sent accordingly.

By checking this box, you specify that employee Salary Certificate should be made available on SwissSalary.

Direct visible from

Here, you can specify when the Salary Certificate will be visible to the employee on SwissSalary Direct. On this date, the employee will also receive an email notification that a new document is available.

Direct no Email Notification

In the SwissSalary Direct setup, email notifications to employees can be disabled entirely (the “No Email Notification” field). This is useful, for example, when multiple documents are sent in succession, but the employee should only be notified via email once.

For the document types “Paycheck,” 'Salary Certificate,‘ and 'Reporting Card’ in the ZIP Archive Import feature as well as for general document distribution, we have added the ability to control this setting on a per-document-type basis. In addition to the existing options ‘Direct Delivery’ and ‘Direct Visible From,’ you will now also find the option ‘Direct: No Email Notification.’ If this option is disabled, employees will continue to be notified via email as before.

Clicking “Preview” or “Print” prepares and sends the documents. The settings configured in the system determine how the documents are sent (to all employees or to registered employees).

After electronic delivery, all Salary Certificate for unregistered employees are displayed and can now be printed and sent by mail. SwissSalary knows which employees are registered in SwissSalary Direct (see the “SwissSalary Direct Rollout Date” field on the employee list).
