Setup Employee card

The settings on the employee card need to be configured only if you want to verify whether the email address the employee uses to log in to SwissSalary Direct matches the email address on that employee’s record. This verification is an additional security measure and is not mandatory. This setting can be configured directly in SwissSalary Direct under Global Settings.

Field Name	Description / Example
Electronic Delivery	Personal Email You must enter your personal email address, which will be verified against your SwissSalary Direct username. Business Email You must enter your work email address, which will be verified against your SwissSalary Direct username.
Private Email	Enter the employee's personal email address here.
Business Email	Enter the employee's work email address here
Suppress SwissSalary Direct Registration Code	If this field is checked, the registration code will not appear on the Paycheck. This field can also be displayed, edited, and modified for the desired payroll run in the payroll list.
