Daily allowance benefits

The SSK has clarified the wording in the guidelines and FAQ on the handling of daily allowances. This applies to daily allowances, which should be recorded in paragraph 7 or, if this is not possible, in paragraph 1 with a comment in paragraph 15.

The standard setting previously stipulated that the daily allowance salary types flow into figure 1, regardless of whether the daily allowances are only taken into account for the basic correction or whether they were forwarded to the employees.

Swissdec considers both processing methods to be correct.

To show the daily allowances in figure 7, set the selection for salary certificate to 7 for the daily allowance salary types that have the calculation type 'Positive'. The daily allowance salary types with calculation type 'Negative' should continue to flow into figure 1 and therefore continue to have the empty selection option for the selection for salary certificate in the duties.
