Some customers want to show their employees on the payslip the employee contributions the employer pays for them.

Example

The employer pays NBUV employee contributions for all employees and wants to show the amount of wage type ‘7110’ on the payslip. The following language-dependent text is entered in the general additional text field: ‘The employer assumes 100% of your NBUV contributions in the amount of CHF 125.25.’

Since the amount is different for each employee, this value must be defined as a ‘placeholder’. The placeholder is ‘%Payroll_ST-xxxx%’ (xxxx stands for the selected salary type number). The following text is entered in our example:

The employer assumes 100% of your NBUV contributions in the amount of CHF %Payroll_ST-7110%.

You can use this placeholder for all amount-related wage types and also for the display for individual employees on the payslip (entry in the comments for the employee via Personnel card/Personnel list).
