Color

Select the color the time type or absence should be displayed in TapBoard/EasyRapport.

You can choose from these colors: gray, white, red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta, orange, brown.

Search Name

Sorting or search term can be used to control the item at which the corresponding time type should appear in TapBoard or EasyRapport.

No Printing

Would you like overtime not to be printed on your payslip?

If you check a box (flag) for the ‘Prevent printing’ field, the time type/absence will NOT be printed on the payslip.

Unit

You can choose whether you want to print hours or days on the payslip in the ‘Monthly reporting’ section. This selection is made under ‘Time types’.

If you want to see hours on the payslip under ‘Monthly reporting’, enter hours in the selection field under ‘Unit’, otherwise enter days. You will have to use this setting especially during holidays. If you only report hours and only want to see hours, you do not need to enter anything in this field.

The necessary balance management settings are adjusted in the payroll area.

Actual Time

If you enable the ‘Actual time’ field, the time type is added to the actual time and displayed on the payslip.

NOTE:

Not all time types are fed to the Actual time. For example, holiday entitlements or holiday corrections should not be cumulated in the Actual time. However, most time types like hours worked, overtime, accidents, illness, etc. are included into the Actual time.

Blanced

In this column you enter the time types that should be netted together.

The offsetting types below serve this purpose: various, holidays, overtime, mandatory, overtime, voluntary overtime, work-in-advance days, flexitime, hours worked, target time, actual time, night work.

TIP:

If you need another balancing type, you can, for example, change an existing one that you do not need otherwise. For example, take the “Voluntary overtime” balancing type and translate it into the desired text in General translation.

This column is currently only used for the ‘Holiday list’ assessment under ‘Statistics Reports’.
