Canton abbreviations, e.g., BE, ZH, etc. are already stored by default in the ZIP Codes table and linked to the specific settlement. When the ZIP code is entered, the name of a settlement and the corresponding canton are acquired automatically and correctly.

For employees having foreign residential address, please enter EX = Expatriates in this field. Please do NOT enter this value in the Canton table, however, insert it directly into field Canton.
