The end date does not necessarily have to be December 31 (end of year), but can be any end date of a month. (Example: To obtain statistics or register daily allowances, you must know salary amounts for the last 12 months. For example, enter February 28 in the Month end date field. Monthly data from March 1 till February 28 can be seen on the Employee payroll account.

NOTE:
In the Employee Salary Statement A4L at the end of the monthly recapitulation, the FTE (full-time equivalent) calculation has been installed. The FTE will be calculated per month and year on the basis of the percents by position and employment period. All calculations will be created based on the Pay Process Header table. This means that calculation on the time line is guaranteed. Assessments can be created correctly in a retrospective way.
