Calculation Month Claim

You can select per refunding of absences to have holiday and/or work-in-advance days entitlement reported automatically. You can choose the month for the entitlement (usually January). If it is set, the entitlement in the corresponding month will be calculated automatically without the need to run the “Time types presentation” report in the Report journal.

 

The calculation month claim is defined in the Absence claim card view.

 

If you are using work-in-advance days balances (rarely), you must assign the appropriate salary types for time types and in Absence Claim.
