Resignation Reason

There is the Reason for Resignation table in human resources (PIS). However, HR are not used by all customers or are not licensed to all customers. For this reason, we have created the Reason for Resignation table in SwissSalary ourselves. This can be configured in SwissSalary administration. The field can be found in the Personnel card under tab Job.

You can define the reasons for resignation yourself using a code and a comment text. You can also configure in the table whether or not the selected reason for resignation may be included in the calculation of personnel turnover. In addition, the reason for resignation from the company is removed if the resignation date is deleted.
