Presentation

The data record to be printed in the working time calendar is stored here. The fields for weekdays (MO - FR) are usually left blank. Weekends are supplemented with SA and SO.

Color

Colored representation of weekdays in the working calendar (default: weekday = black | weekend = red)

Important:

•Workgroup color overrides the colors for the report view stored in SwS EasyRapport.

•If “black” is selected for the workgroup, the default colors appear in the SwS EasyRapport regardless of the settings.

Format

‘empty’ field = default | ‘bold’ field = data record is displayed in bold.
