Rounding Precision

Rounding precision is company specific. We recommend 0.25; thus, the days will be calculated by the quarter-daily principle.

The value is rounded up to the next rounding precision (recommended).

Round down:

The value is rounded down to the next rounding precision.

By one decimal place:

rounded by one decimal place to the next rounding precision.

Unit fixed Value

This value is required if a day has no target time (weekend) and hours should still be converted into days.

For example, a paid further training day that falls on a Saturday.

When this data is verified, which is carried out during the ‘Retrieve items’ process, the data record stored in the respective workgroup is automatically verified. Based on this verification, the system calculates 1 day.

If different target time is recorded in the work calendar in winter and summer, an average value is entered here.
