Dear SwissSalary partners

We are pleased to present the manual for SwissSalary Update 5066.000 dated November 13, 2025. The manual also contains the tasks from Quality Releases 5065.001 to 5065.005. Once you have installed this update, you will have the latest version of SwissSalary. In addition to great new features and improvements in SwissSalary, we have also further developed our bidirectional interfaces to our existing add-ons SwissSalary Direct, SwissSalary EasyRapport, SwissSalary Budget, and KLE.

We have sent an overview of the most important changes with our newsletter, and you can find it at any time on our website swisssalary.ch in the magazine.

IMPORTANT NOTES

❑Basic requirement
If your Dynamics 365 partner has made company-specific changes to your SwissSalary standard objects, you must contact your Dynamics 365 partner before installing the objects. Please ensure that you are always working with the latest version. We support the latest and the immediately preceding SwissSalary version.
 

❑Complete update with all available objects
The main updates are released in April/May and October/November, in line with the release cycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
 

❑SwissSalary 365 | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | Microsoft SaaS-Cloud
The SwissSalary 365 app is always based on the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the latest SwissSalary version. The app can be updated with just a few clicks directly via the Admin Center (see our training video). Since release 5057.000, the video has also been available directly in the Role Center in the Product Videos section.

❑SwissSalary Update 5066.000 is available for the following Business Central versions (onPrem/private cloud)

oDynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 2 - Version 27 (AL)

oDynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 1 - Version 26 (AL)

oDynamics 365 Business Central 2024 Wave 2 - Version 25 (AL)

In SaaS (Microsoft Public Cloud), we always support the latest version, so we are releasing SwissSalary Update 5066.000 for BC 27. Please note that existing sandboxes must also be migrated in order to install 5066.000.

Legal changes and mandatory bug fixes are included in release 5061.500 for the following versions

oDynamics 365 Business Central Spring '19 - Version 14 (C/AL)

oDynamics 365 Business Central Fall '18 - Version 13 (C/AL)

oDynamics NAV 2018

oDynamics NAV 2017

These are marked accordingly in this manual. Technical or content-related innovations for these versions will not be implemented in SwissSalary. To update your environment, please contact your NAV/Dynamics365 partner. Please note that this release is the last version to be published for these versions. Subsequently, no further legal adjustments will be implemented for these versions.

Customers are responsible for implementing SwissSalary versions. Our support team or your Dynamics365 partner can assist you if necessary. Customers are also responsible for SwissSalary365 (Cloud), and SwissSalary does not perform updates automatically.
