Developments were made and tasks implemented for the wage increase process. A detailed description is provided in a separate Manual. 

5950    The new wage rate amount per percentage point is displayed in the wage increase history, posted wage increases.

5951    A reason for the pay raise is displayed in the pay raise history, posted pay raises.

5957    The new pay raise process has been added to the Role Center under the Pay Raise action.

6794    Pay Raise Journal takes department authorizations into account

6825    Pay Raise Entries takes department authorizations into account

7232    The supervisor is not displayed in their own pay raise journal, only the employees who report to them. They are displayed in the parent journal.

7240    If an employee does not receive a pay raise, this line is not written to TimeMachine. However, the information appears in the pay raise history with the stored comment.

7242    Different journals can be created depending on the selected filter settings.

7244    The pay raise letter templates are available and can be customized using various filter options and then printed.
7330    The HR department can delete and add employees in draft status; once the status is open, no employees can be deleted or added.

7352    If an employee does not receive a pay raise, the personnel number and the individual pay raise fields are displayed in bold.

7683    Those responsible from the hierarchy are displayed on the pay raise letter (right).

7697    Manual pay raise journals can be created. Any employees can be added or removed here.

7698    Pay Raise - Prohibit deletion of employees with status “Open.”

7699    A warning is displayed in the journal if employees are listed in several journals at the same time.

7700    Status change actions can be changed for several journals at the same time.

Already implemented with 5065.002:

6196     The “Justification” column can be displayed. If a reason for the wage increase is specified for a person, the checkbox is activated and can also be used for filtering. This provides a quick overview of existing comments.

6197     The employee details fact box is visible.
