Developments were made and tasks implemented for the wage increase process. A detailed description is provided in a separate Manual.
5950 The new wage rate amount per percentage point is displayed in the wage increase history, posted wage increases. 5951 A reason for the pay raise is displayed in the pay raise history, posted pay raises. 5956 Fact box with history 5957 The new pay raise process has been added to the Role Center under the Pay Raise action. 6794 Pay Raise Journal takes department authorizations into account 6825 Pay Raise Entries takes department authorizations into account 7232 The supervisor is not displayed in their own pay raise journal, only the employees who report to them. They are displayed in the parent journal. 7240 If an employee does not receive a pay raise, this line is not written to TimeMachine. Already implemented with 5065.002: 6196 The “Justification” column can be displayed. If a reason for the wage increase is specified for a person, the checkbox is activated and can also be used for filtering. This provides a quick overview of existing comments. 6197 The employee details fact box is visible. |
