In addition to the process and acceptance status, the insurer can also add a comment. The comment is a free text field. In this text field, the insurer can indicate, for example, that the case cannot yet be accepted because important documents are still missing.

For SwissSalary version 5066, the field has been expanded to 2048 characters, and for version 5061.500 to 250 characters.
