Provided that you calculate BVG deductions by percent and not by fixed amounts, you can select in the ‘BVG’ tab of the Employee card whether the BVG base should be calculated on a fictitious or actual BVG base. As a rule, “Default” is set by default, unless you have selected the ‘Including work ability %’ function.

By selecting these settings, the fictitious BVG base will be taken into account along with the ‘Work ability %’ field, the “Info” tab in the personnel card (special case of IV) will be also considered. For example, if the work ability is 80%, the ficti-tious BVG base will be reduced to 80%.
