Balance Settlement

You can differentiate in the event of an automatic balance compensation during resignation which wage type is to be calculated. Optionally, wage types can be stored as positive or negative balances. With this ‘automatic balance compensation at resignation’ function, only the definitive pay processes are tak-en into account, but not down-payment pay processes.

 

It is important to store the correct wage types. If they are not yet available, you have to create the wage types. You can commonly do this under ‘Wage types’. Enter a wage type or copy an existing one.

Holidays:

2000 = Holiday pay disbursement

Overtime:

1270 = Net overtime disbursement

 1290 = Overtime disbursement with 25%
