Scheduled vs compensated Hours Difference List

With the Target/Actual Time Difference List evaluation, you can accurately determine the difference in hours between target and actual time per day and employee. You can see at a glance which time types (work, illness, vacation, holidays, accidents, etc.) caused the differences.

This evaluation can be used to check whether the additional/reduced hours were based on the LMV regulation or simply on more or fewer hours worked.

The period can be freely selected. You can display all days (including Saturdays and Sundays) or only days with target time according to the work schedule (excluding compensation and advance days, Saturdays, and Sundays).

An interesting selection is, of course, only days with a difference. This allows you to see at a glance where the differences between target and actual time have arisen. The day of the week is also displayed, of course. The entire evaluation can be automatically transferred to Excel.

After each month, there is a group break with the totalization of the target time, the actual time, and the difference hours. At the end of the evaluation, you will also find the flexitime and overtime balance by date.

The list has even more practical evaluation options. In the “Options” tab, you can select the layout by day or by employee. If you select “Employee,” you will receive a summary of the target and actual hours for each employee for the desired time period. This allows you to quickly analyze which employees do not yet have actual hours available. With the Day layout and the weekly check, you can check which employees have worked more than 45 hours, 48 hours, or 50 hours per week. This evaluation of weekly hours is often checked by joint committees.

NOTE:

The prerequisite for this new evaluation is, of course, that the work schedule is used and all work and absence hours are reported.
