Absence Detail

With daily reporting via EasyRapport or TapBoard, there has been a massive increase in the need to be able to evaluate the data recorded each day accordingly.

For absence management, you have a graphical option available, known as absence details. This allows you to check your employees' current and/or retroactive absences at any time and see, for example, who is regularly sick on Fridays or Mondays.

As usual, you have access to filter and sort options. If, for example, you want to sort the evaluation by department, select the key “Department, search term” under “Sort.” In the “Options” tab, enter the desired start date (Monday) from which week the evaluation should start. A total of 19 weeks (Monday - Sunday) are displayed side by side.

You are free to choose which time types are to be printed and which letters (max. 1 character) are to be used for the individual time types. Enter the corresponding abbreviations under Time types per time type in the Abbreviation column. If the column is not visible, open it under View-> Show column.

Of course, the same letter can be used for similar absence types, e.g., accident BU and accident NBU, provided that you do not want to distinguish between the data. At the bottom of the sheet, you will find a legend with all the abbreviations you have selected, including descriptions. The # sign indicates that the employee has either left or has not yet joined the company. This sign refers to the start/end date.
