Up until now, time types were managed across clients. To enable more flexibility in different clients, they are now managed individually. They can now be linked to client groups similar to wage types in payroll setup.

Code field for a time type definition like, for example, FERIEN or GLEITZEIT. Max. 10 characters are allowed.

|
Text field for describing time types (max. 30 characters). This text appears on the payslip under monthly reporting as well as on various absence statistics.

Unit
|
It is possible to show time types on the payslip (monthly report) in hours or days.
If you leave the field empty, only the text of the ‘Description’ field will be printed on the payslip in the monthly report.
If the ‘Hours’ or ‘Days’ unit is stored, this data record will be shown in addition to the ‘Description’ text.

Actual Time
|
If you enable the ‘Actual time’ field, the time type is added to the actual time and displayed on the payslip.
NOTE:
Not all time types are fed to the Actual time. For example, Holiday entitlements or holiday corrections should not be cumulated in the Actual time. However, most time types like hours worked, overtime, accidents, illness, etc. are included into the Actual time.

Balanced
|
It is specified in this field what time types should be netted together.
The offsetting types below serve this purpose: various, holidays, overtime, arranged overtime, voluntary overtime, work-in-advance days, flexitime, hours worked, target time, actual time, night work.
This data can be viewed in the personnel card under ‘Statistics’. The ‘Miscellaneous’ balancing type is not shown in ‘Statistics’ because no totals are created with this balancing type.

Balance Type
|
This column is used under ‘Statistics Reports’ for the ‘Holiday list’ assessment.
You can use the options below:
(empty) = Holiday correction column
Leave = Holiday leave column
Allowances = Holiday allowances column
Entitlement = Holiday entitlement column

No Printing
|
If this field is enabled, the monthly reporting data will no longer be printed on the payslip.

Color
|
You can define here the display color of the absences time type shown in the Team hours overview of SwissSalary EasyRapport.

Letter Symbol
|
Enter a short code to be able to evaluate time types. Please use the “Reflection of absences” report (under ‘Statistics Reports’) for this purpose.
Maximum one character (alphanumeric) can be defined per time type.

Report Sum Type
|
When this data set is recorded, it makes it possible to create the employer’s certificate.
|
Search Name
|
The sorting or search term can be used to control the position at which the corresponding time type should appear in the TapBoard or EasyRapport.
