Employees are transferring to a “sister company” that uses the same subdomain on SwissSalary Direct.

It is important that both clients are already set up for SwissSalary Direct and that both clients are managed under the same subdomain (xxxxx.swisssalarydirect.ch).

In this case, no new registration is necessary. The procedure is as described below

•The employee logs in as usual with their existing credentials for the “old” client

•In the upper right corner, under “User Settings,” click “Enter Registration Code” to enter the registration code for the second client, which is printed on the new pay stub

•Enter the information accordingly

•Once the new/second registration code has been entered, the employee can switch back and forth between clients by clicking on the client name in the top-left corner using a single login (homepage)

•Access to documents from the old client is subject to the same rules as for termination: 30, 360, or 365 days after “termination”
