Managers from other clients

If a manager is employed in Client A but needs to approve pay raises for their employees in Client B, this person can also be entered in Client B with the required minimum information.

It is essential to ensure that no department is assigned to the manager, as they would otherwise also be included in the pay raise process.

Instead, the supervisor must be entered in the appropriate department in the organizational chart under “Manage Supervisors” using their employee ID number.

In addition, the supervisor must be granted department access via the SwissSalary user setup.
