Approval Process

As soon as the HR department opens pay rise process via Pay Raise Journal (by department), the tiles for pay rises will be displayed in the Role Centre. In order for these tiles to be displayed, the Role Centre must be updated.

1.Pay rise journals (preview) are available for each department. As of this time, these journals have a “Draft” status

2.The HR department records any outstanding items in the Pay rise journal (preview).

3.The HR department may create a general pay rise under Apply Standard Pay Raise according to the company management’s guidelines.

4.As soon as the journals have been completed according to the HR department’s instructions and are ready for processing by the supervisor, they are marked with the “Open” status.

5.The supervisor enters individual pay rise for his/her employees and may enter a pay rise comment under the Pay rise card menu item. When everything is recorded, the supervisor closes his/her Pay rise journal by clicking the Submit button.

6.The management checks the submitted journals and, if necessary, discusses the journals with the supervisor before closing them by clicking the Approve button.

7.The HR department then posts the journal and transfers the new wages to the TimeMachine with a “Valid from” date.
