Problems with transmission to iFonte

If no data appears in iFonte after successful transmission via ELM/Swissdec, the error list can be accessed in iFonte as follows:

Log in to iFonte, open the “Gestione” menu, and select “Audit files caricati”:

Then correct the errors reported there in SwissSalary and resend the data via ELM. These errors often involve missing data, such as marriage or divorce dates.
