Apply phone number formatting

The desired phone format can be set in the new ‘Phone No. format’ selection in the Payroll Setup -> ‘Setup’. This setting refers to all fields a telephone number can be entered into.

The available formatting options are below:

- ‘blank’ | no formatting; the number is displayed as entered (free text)

- E164 format (+41791112233) | the number entered includes a country code and has no spaces

- national format (079 111 22 33) | the number entered has no country code and includes spaces

- international format (+41 79 111 22 33) | the number entered includes a country code and spaces

- national format without spacing (0791112233) | the number entered has no country code and no spaces

This change only applies to newly entered numbers. The existing phone numbers can be updated automatically via ‘Organization -> Apply phone number formatting’.
