Unit fixed Value

When the Days option is used, hourly factor for calculating the number of hours can be entered in the ‘Unit Management Rapport’ field using the Unit fixed value decimal field.

Example:

You record holiday entitlement in days. Since holidays are recorded in hours and days, you would also like to report holiday entitlement in hours (for analysis purposes). By recording an average factor (e.g., 8.1 hours), holiday balance is also carried forward in the number of hours.

In reality, this field is rarely used.
