The detailed pay rise list is a helpful tool. When you start the pay rise list, the options window below opens:
Reference date

The Reference date controls the correct period in the assessment (e.g., wages in the previous year, previous wages, new wages).

Expenses 1
|
If regular expense components like flat-rate expenses, flat-rate car expenses, etc. are part of the relevant wage and have to be taken into account in a pay rise, then you have the option of specifying two wage types. The amount entered under fixed wage items is printed accordingly.

Grouping
|
The list can be grouped quite individually. There are posting category, department, job type and/or wage class values. This means specifically in the example above: The list is grouped by posting category and by department within it.

|
If you check a box, a page break occurs after each selected group.

Sorting
|
How should the list be sorted? Name, employee ID, wage rate, year of service or age are available.

The Pay rise list not only contains interesting information like years of service, age, etc., but also wages from the previous year, current wages and new, calculated wages. The average data for your assessed group is immediately displayed in Group average and all differences within the group can be verified.
