Dossier ZIP Archive Import

Via 'Dossier ZIP archive import', entire ZIP archives can be imported directly into the personnel dossier and then transferred directly to SwissSalary Direct (PDF files only). This function is suitable, for example, for the mass upload of personalized documents such as a company-specific time card. The prerequisite is that the Employee N° is followed by an 'underline' in the file name.

Example:

Sending the time card for employee 1001 from August 2021.

Via the SwissSalary Direct setup, you can select in the 'Send documents to' option whether documents should always be sent to 'All employees' or only to 'Registered employees' (SwissSalary Direct). We have improved the filter for the 'Registered employees' option.
