Interface concept

There are two different accounting methods:

Quarterly statement

•Monthly coordination taking into account minimum and maximum wages subject to BVG

•One data record per employee and per month (including any absence reports)

Requirements: Disabled annual wage comparison and automatic determination of BVG obligation.

Annual statement WITH wage amount adjustment

•Monthly coordination with annual wage sum comparison  

•One data record per employee and associated employment period (including any absence reports); Employment periods during a year with a break result in the corresponding number of lines with the respective periods.

Requirements: Enabled automatic determination of BVG obligation.
