System journal (absences)

We recommend creating 1 system journal (report journal) for each payroll area.

Example: AUTO-ABS KA | AUTO-ABS ML | AUTO-ABS-SL

They are then stored in the corresponding payroll area as a ‘system journal’.

Tip: Absences from the working calendar are the only unposted wage items that are transferred to SwissSalary EasyRapport via the report journal.
