Authentication

Customization of the (initial) password by the user, provided that the user-defined password change is set to ‘optional’ or ‘forced’ according to the Admin settings.

Dashboard widget

You can set dashboard widgets to be displayed in the Admin settings. The user has the option of hiding or showing these again in their personal settings.

Representation

Every user has the option of adding a deputy. The deputy receives exactly the same rights as the user who assigned them. Exception: The deputy cannot enter any data for the person who assigned them rights. The idea behind this function is that if an endorser is absent (e.g., on vacation), a deputy can take over the monitoring of the employees assigned to them during this time. If the responsible endorser returns, it is recommended to disable this function again.

 

A symbol on all screens shows that a deputy is enabled. The employees who become displayed to the deputy through this function are also marked with ‘STV.’.

 

The deputy can be deleted or disabled again via the trashcan symbol.

Jumper

Stand-in administrators have the option of adding or removing stand-ins here. Only the employees defined as stand-ins (yes) in SwissSalary in the ‘EasyRapport’ tab of the personnel card can be selected.
