You can select here whether a query with the message ‘Download file’ should appear during export or whether the download window of the corresponding application should appear immediately. Tip: This only works with the ‘Direct printing - PDF’ setting. For Excel and CSV, a file still has to be downloaded.
Direct Print
When a file is exported to “Excel, PDF or CSV”, a printer symbol is displayed. If the user clicks the symbol, the stored file format is automatically selected for download.
If data is set to ‘Disabled’, no printer symbol is displayed.
Exports footer
Text input, which is then printed on the corresponding downloaded file as a footer.
