This tab is used to control which data record is to be printed on the payslip in Balance management. Balance management can be set up individually depending on the payroll area.
You can select any of the options below:
empty
|
Time types are printed when a balance (negative or positive) is to be shown.

suppress
|
Time types are not printed on the payslip.
|
always
|
Time types are always printed (negative, null or positive)
|
empty
|
The number is displayed in hours.
|
Hours
|
The number is displayed in hours and ‘hours’ is added to the text accordingly.
|
Days
|
The number is displayed in days and ‘days’ is added to the text accordingly.
