SwissSalary EasyRapport | HTTP transfer mode removed

The fields in the SwissSalary EasyRapport table for HTTP transmission are hidden in this update and completely deleted in PreUpdate 5053.100. Standard transmission takes place via WebService, HTTP was considered as an option for another type of transmission, but it was not followed up.
