SwissSalary Direct | Error Code 1001 Displayed Incorrectly

If a client is copied, SwissSalary Direct configuration is copied as well. The “1002” error will appear during the next synchronization indicating that a duplicate “CompanyKey” was recognized. The configuration in the new client must be deleted and re-entered.

After this action, synchronization will repeat and the “1001” error code because of a duplicate “EmployeeKey" will not appear by mistake. These errors messages must necessarily appear not to synchronize the same employees in Test Clients by mistake.

The error has been corrected, the error messages appear as intended.
