Search Term | Update via SmartPort

If the last or first name of an employee was updated via SmartPort, the search term on the Employee Card will not be updated.

 

If the search term is still empty (new employee) or if this search term has never been adjusted manually, it is revalidated and updated. If, however, the search term was changed manually beforehand, it will no longer be updated, and manual adjustments would otherwise be overwritten.
