Reporting when writing DTA- or ISO 20022 file with invalid directory

Task #8714 | 5052.100

In case of an invalid directory or when no permission is granted when writing the DTA or ISO 20022 file, the file is nevertheless written to a temporary user directory. Then the file could not be located, if need be.

After creating the file, a message will be displayed indicating where the file was written to.
