Portions of wage| Checking the Valid until date for pay rises via TimeMachine

When a pay rise is entered via TimeMachine, a message appears that there are still entries with the old wage rate in the portions of wage. This validation has been improved to only check entries in the portions of wage without a ‘Valid until’ date or with a future ‘Valid until’ date.
