If private share of company cars is settled for the employee and if the corresponding wage type is as-signed number 2.2, the “F” check mark appears automatically on the wage statement. This means that the Free Transportation to Work check mark in the Staff Card did not have to be additionally set.

A tax office has determined that the check mark was present on the paper document but was missing in the ELM submission of the wage statement. Most tax offices validate this automatically and put the check mark ex officio.

The error has been corrected.
